Blackout tape for aluminium rails
This self adhesive tape covers the rail face so that the gap between the panels is black rather than silver. This method is considerably more cost effective than powder coating the support rails.

If you are not using any horizontal trims then it is good practice to have a gasket that will completely cover the face of the support rails otherwise you will see the colour of the aluminium on the joints. Always check with the panel manufacturers specification to ensure you have the correct gasket.
